Last updated: 7 July 2026
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of EveryChoir. EveryChoir is operated by Music8 Group Ltd, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. For questions, contact everychoir@music8.group. By using EveryChoir, submitting content, creating an account or purchasing a listing or premium account, you agree to these Terms.
About EveryChoir
EveryChoir is a public platform for choirs, choral events and related organisations. It lets users publish choir profiles, event listings and related content, and enables the wider public to discover and engage with them.
Submitting content
When you submit a choir profile, event listing, image or other material, you must confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the information is accurate. You are responsible for the content you submit.
We may edit, decline or remove submissions that do not meet our Content and Image Policy, or that we consider inaccurate, unauthorised, unlawful or otherwise unsuitable. We may also remove content if we receive a credible complaint or rights request.
Claiming profiles
If a choir profile already exists, an authorised representative may request to claim or update it. We may ask for verification before making changes. We reserve the right to decide who may manage a profile where there are competing or unclear claims.
Images and copyright
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant EveryChoir permission to use, reproduce, edit, crop, display and promote that content in connection with EveryChoir, CHORALLY, Music8 Group and related services. This may include use on the website, newsletters, social media, promotional materials and partner communications. You must not upload images or content unless you have the right to do so.
Paid listings and premium accounts
Where paid listings, premium accounts or promotional packages are offered, the relevant price, features and duration will be shown at the point of purchase or agreed separately in writing. Unless otherwise stated, paid services relate to publication, visibility or platform access. They do not guarantee enquiries, ticket sales, recruitment, audience numbers, search ranking, media coverage or commercial results. We may change features, layouts or platform functionality over time, provided the core value of the purchased service is not materially reduced during the paid period.
Accuracy of information
EveryChoir aggregates and publishes user-submitted information. While we take reasonable care, we do not guarantee that all listings are complete, accurate or current. Event details, dates, prices and venues may change; please confirm with the organiser before travelling or booking.
Acceptable use
You must not use EveryChoir to submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt or misuse the platform.
Limitation of liability
EveryChoir is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on user-submitted information, event changes, external links, platform downtime, errors or omissions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
